EFNEP Class Request Form

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) at University of Maine Cooperative Extension delivers free, interactive food and nutrition education to eligible parents, caregivers, young adults, teens, and children.

For those who are not eligible for EFNEP, our 10 Steps to a Healthier You course is available for a $5 fee. This course is a 10-lesson series where participants learn about healthy eating, meal planning, food budgeting, and food safety. Each session consists of a short instructional video, fact sheets, and printable worksheets. In addition, each session includes free recipes and recipe videos to try at home.
